CANCELLATION POLICY
By registering for the 2027 Health Law Roundtable, you agree to the following cancellation terms:
Cancellations Made 60 or More Days Before the Conference (on or before November 29, 2026)
Registrants who cancel at least 60 days prior to the conference start date will receive a full refund of conference registration fees.
Cancellations Made Fewer Than 60 Days Before the Conference (after November 29, 2026)
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than 60 days before the conference. However, registered attendees may substitute another attendee in their place at no additional charge. To arrange a substitution, please contact us at least five (5) business days before the event.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel reservations are managed separately by the Viewline Resort Snowmass. Any hotel cancellation fees or penalties are subject to the hotel's own cancellation policy, which is independent of the conference registration policy. Please review the hotel's terms directly when booking your room.
