The Health Law Roundtable is the annual CLE retreat run by healthcare attorneys for healthcare attorneys. The board is a volunteer group of practicing lawyers, not a conference management company. The agenda reflects what they are working on: Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, FCA defense, healthcare M&A, telehealth, AI in healthcare, and the regulatory questions that came after Loper Bright.
The format is built around the mountain day. Breakfast and CLE in the morning. Ski all day. CLE and appetizers in the evening. The room is small by design. The conversation stays candid.
